Tuition Payments
At OHA, tuition payments are drafted on the 1st of every month, starting August 1st of the academic year.

Monthly Payments: 10 installments from August 1st to May 1st of the following year.

Full Payment: A one-time payment collected on August 1st.

If enrollment occurs after August 1st, tuition will be collected at the time of enrollment.

Application Fee
A non-refundable pre-admissions fee of $125 is required at the time of application. Applicants will be considered complete only after this fee has been paid in full.
Deposit
Once admission is offered, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your student’s spot at OHA. This deposit will be applied toward the total tuition balance.
Mid-Year Enrollment
For students enrolling after the academic year has begun, tuition will be prorated based on the number of academic days remaining. Please contact the school administration for the exact tuition costs.
Sibling Discount
Families enrolling multiple children will receive a 5% discount on tuition for the second child and beyond.
What’s Included in Tuition?
✔ One-on-One Coaching & Mentoring – Every student receives personalized coaching and mentoring to support their success.
✔ Equipment & Supplies – Each student is assigned a laptop with curriculum software for in-school use. Tuition also covers all required supplies for lessons and activities.
✔ Field Trips & Workshops – All field trips, guest speakers, in-school events, and life skills workshops are included in tuition costs.
