We’re so glad you’re considering One Hope Academy! Our admissions process is designed to be simple, supportive, and informative—because finding the right educational fit for your child should feel exciting, not overwhelming. We accept students on a rolling basis, which means your child can join at any time throughout the year, as long as space is available.
How to Join:

Book a Tour
Curious about our campus, curriculum, or community? We invite you to book a tour and learn more about how we’re reimagining education. During your visit, you’ll have a chance to explore our space, ask questions, and see what makes One Hope Academy unique. Click here to schedule!
2.
Submit Your Application
Ready to take the first official step? Complete our online admissions application. A non-refundable $125 application fee is due at the time of submission. Click here to apply!
3.
Schedule Your Child's OHA Experience Day
After submitting your application, reach out and schedule an OHA Experience Day for your child. Your child will join us independently for a full school day from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., participating in classes, activities, and daily routines alongside our current students.
During the day, our team will complete brief academic assessments and observe how your child engages with our learning environment, peers, and staff. This important step gives your child an authentic OHA experience and helps both your family and our team determine whether One Hope Academy is the right fit before enrollment is finalized.
Parents will drop their child off in the morning with a backpack, a refillable water bottle, and a packed morning snack and lunch, and return for pickup at the end of the day. Click here to contact us and schedule your child’s OHA Experience Day!

Create Your SchoolCues Account
After your child's OHA Experience Day, you’ll receive instructions to help you create your SchoolCues account. This secure platform is more than just a place for enrollment forms—it will serve as our primary communication tool with families throughout the school year. Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to complete necessary enrollment steps, receive important announcements, manage your child’s schedule, and stay connected with One Hope Academy from anywhere.
5.
Sign Your Enrollment Contract
If One Hope Academy feels like the right fit, your next step is to review and sign the Enrollment Contract through SchoolCues. This officially secures your child’s place at OHA.
6.
Pay Your Tuition Deposit
After your contract is signed, a $500 non-refundable tuition deposit will be billed to your SchoolCues account. This deposit reserves your child’s spot and is applied toward your annual tuition.
