Through interactive content, short videos, and real-world scenarios, participants will learn how to identify early warning signs, apply evidence-based prevention strategies, and follow proper reporting and documentation procedures in alignment with school policies and legal standards. The course emphasizes building a safe, inclusive, and respectful school climate that supports every student’s social, emotional, and academic well-being. Staff will leave confident in their role as upstanders—committed to fostering a positive culture and stopping bullying before it starts.
